a confirmation and they have been paid for.

Your application will initially be reviewed for acceptance. You will be
informed of your acceptance or placement on the waiting list. If you are
accepted you will be informed where to send payment. If the payment is
not received by Feb 1,2015, your vendor space will be transferred to a
vendor on the waiting list.
